Aerial

Aerial was banded at Aspiring Hut on 25 February 2021 as a fledgling male. He was one of over 30 fledglings banded in the Matukituki around the same time. He earned his name after stripping the rubber from the aerial of a vehicle and diligently disassembling any soft rubber parts. Needless to say an insurance claim was lodged due to his efforts.
