Guijarro

Guijarro was banded in Arthur's Pass Village in December 2022. He was an adult when the banding team finally caught up with him. He had been known as Crooked Beak back to when he was first sighted. Guijarro is sponsored by Caleb. A crooked and busted individual, Caleb is a patron of such critters in the wild. Much like Guijarro, he can also be found in the untracked valleys of Arthur's Pass, occasionally mixing with gullible travelers on the trails. Pebble is Caleb's nickname and Guijarro is Spanish for Pebble as Caleb is learning spanish in his attempt to flee to South America..
