Zane was banded as a young fledgling at the Otira viaduct lookout during early February 2020. He is a special little kea because he is soon to be the leading male role (alongside Nina) in a documentary series looking at what it means to be Predator Free in New Zealand. Look out for this on the RNZ platform later in 2020. Zane was sponsored and named by Glenn and Tana Kincaid after his adventurous mountain spirit.
