I've worked on the road many years and never encountered behavior this aggressive. Obviously habituated to humans and probably in danger of being injured or getting sick. Interesting to see 2 unbanded birds, I suspect both female as smaller than the banded bird, all adults. I have some photos and video, let me know if you want it
Behaviour
Very interactive with people, at times aggressive, grabbing at food and bags, flying at people (we were a group of 8, being very careful not to have anything unattended and keeping food out of reach). It was concerning behavior.
