On roadside at entrance to the public toilets carpark
Comments
A Kea was struck by a car the night before very nearby. It was seen to fly off, so hopefully it was this one, and it was suitable road shy now.
Behaviour
Feeding on the roadside on a discarded apple. Another Kea in trees nearby that circled around a couple of times but wouldn't land.
