Location Details
Came up to me on the rocks at the end of the Bealey Valley Walking Track. Approximately 20metres upstream. His tag number was a Black 7 on a White background. Maungatere.

Behaviour
Heard one calling and getting closer, which then flew overhead and then I heard another in the distance returning the call. This was on the Arthurs Pass Walk approximately 1klm from the village.
