I assume these kea get reported a lot but thought I would submit just in case. Both birds had metal leg bands and one had orange band on the other leg while the other did not have any other band. I will send photo too.
Behaviour
Foraging for human food crumbs on and around tables in the outdoor eating area of ski lodge. Not approaching people and would move away when people got within about a meter. No one was feeding them directly. Did not observe the two interacting while I was there (approximately 20 minutes).
