Yellow Z has transmitter on. Two birds were hanging out on recycling bin as local guy was giving them cardboard to play with as he was putting his cardboard in the bins. Man was leaving the heavy bin lids propped open with cardboard boxes while leaving to collect more recycling from somewhere. I suggested he close the bin lids in case kea get inside - he was adament and "guaranteed" me that would not happen and refused to close lids and drove away. I pushed cardboard boxes in and closed lid anyway......two additional kea flew in and became interested in our car and lunch we were having. The two kea playing on the recycling bin got bored and came over to us......Man came back and offered kea more cardboard!
