On main road by turn off to Devils punchbowl car park

Behaviour
Behaving oddly. Sitting in road in danger of oncoming traffic. Bird resting and moving on hocks when ushered off road; feet didn't look flat as it walked. Seemed to have reduced awareness of surroundings and reluctance to fly. Flew off (very low) when ushered. Reported at AP DOC. Returned with crate to catch but couldn't find bird.
