Near the bottom of the boulder field on the way up/down from Mueller Hut, above Sealy Tarns.

GD (Seth) is an absolute nut case. I'd love to ask more about his behaviour. I have some photos to share that show it best versus describing it.
Behaviour
Flying, jumping, walking, multiple calls, GD (Seth) was puffing out feathers and chasing other Kea around. There were actually 14 kea in this group. I've never seen so many together. Several of us counted as well because we all just couldn't believe how many there were. I didn't really think about getting good photos of whether there were bands or not. From my photos there are definitely at least 3-4 without bands, but likely several more.
