Comments
I could not make out the writing on the female birds bands. I believe there were bands on each leg - one black on yellow, the other appeared silver or white.
Behaviour
Unbanded male investigated area around parking, especially rubbish on ground, started eating something on pavement; banded female arrived and interacted with unbanded male (unsuccessful attempt to steal food?); banded female left, unbanded male finished eating
