First kea reported is Whizz. The second kea reported actually flew over to my van first. It landed on the ground outside my drivers door and I immediately noted it was an un banded bird. highly unusual for birds sighted in the village, especially as it was not a juvenile. It quickly flew up to the garage roof and stayed there looking down on me. Whizz came in and once he finally flew off Bird #2 did as well in the same direction.
Behaviour
Flew over to me from the Store roof, as I'd just come into the Centre carpark in my van. Landed on my van roof, then hung out for a bit, went into bush behind garage, came out and flew onto Centre roof where he hung out for a bit before flying east.
