Comments
Based on your website, Bird #1 is Paul although I only saw the silver band and suspect the other one listed may have fallen off as my photos will show. He greeted us as our birding tour van pulled off the road. After we all exited the vehicle as we saw him under a nearby bush, he got very close to the door/steps into the van and probably would have entered if someone hadn't directed him away. He seemed to follow us around as we went under the roof to escape the rain. Bird #2 is Ya se based on your website. While we were there marveling over Paul, Ya se came running up a street across Hwy. 73 then flew over to join us. Both Keas sat near each other as they preened and watched us. Didn't see any territoriality between the two. I took plenty of photos and shot several videos of these two. I can email some of the photos to the address below. I hope this is helpful even though they are likely commonly reported there.
Behaviour
Both were mostly preening after being out in the drizzling rain, and were very trusting of us as we took photos.
