3 birds seen below tarns on sunny rocky terrain first, incl one I have named Meatloaf, who has a distinct call. 5 more appeared at the tarns table not long after. Banded bird Matty came up close, as if he recognised me and continued to have a peck/play with my bag. All birds left at once after 10 minutes as if being summoned away. 9 were counted flying in the direction of Mueller lake with another 2 were heard following lower down.
