In the shingle flat by the river beside the village and the yards and roofs of houses nearby
Comments
One of the unbanded young birds had a crooked beak. He seemed to be foraging like the others but it looked like it could make it harder for him to pick things up
Behaviour
Group of mostly juveniles hanging around someone’s yard eating what looked like chopped carrots off the ground. Explored a road cone and then went to the shingle area by the river to turn over rocks and dig up moss
