Obvious tourists feeding them so they knew what to do at the tunnel entrance while waiting at stop light. Hopping up on side mirrors trying to eat window rubber so to get rid of them I imagine people would throw food to get them to go away very clever birds. We just opened and closed window and they went away to next car.
