I'm reporting this sighting of Melsby and Shae on behalf of a group of trampers who were heading onto the Kepler. I asked them to look out for any banded kea and let me know the details on their return. They wrote the band details down, and I feel that it's a trusted sighting - but of course it's not my own sighting so I don't want to stake my life on it!! I know the date but just guessed the time - but I had to fill in the box with something :)
